At Omagh & Strabane Osteopathy the health and wellbeing of our patients and staff is of paramount importance.
Whilst Covid restrictions have currently been eased by the Government, at Omagh & Strabane Osteopathy we remain vigilant, and all patients are required to wear a facial covering when attending an appointment. All staff will wear face masks also. Patients will also be asked to use the hand sanitising gel, provided in the waiting area.
We continue taking significant measures to ensure the safety of patients and staff including the following:
regular deep cleaning of the premises and all equipment
use of hand sanitisers before and after each treatment
additional times between appointments to allow for clinic airing
When you attend an Appointment
It is essential that all patients adhere to the following processes for treatment to take place safely and we kindly request the following:
Please arrive for your appointment at the allotted time - Do not arrive early
Please wear your own suitable mask and ensure that your face covering fits over your nose and mouth
Please apply your facial covering before entering the clinic
Upon arrival at reception please sanitise your hands with the gel provided
Please bring your own towel or blanket for the appointment
N.B Payments can be accepted via card.
BY attending an appointment, you confirm the following:
You have NOT tested positive for COVID-19
To your knowledge, you have NOT been exposed to COVID-19 in the last 14 days
You do NOT have any of the following symptoms:
High Temperature
New or continuous cough
Loss or change to sense of taste or smell
